In some of the video/DVD releases of the Tom and Jerry Show, the character of Mammy Two-Shoes is replaced with that of an Irish woman.

The "Classic Collection" DVD boxsets omit at least one episode, "Casanova Cat". It has been generally viewed as one of the more blatantly racist Tom & Jerry episodes, as Jerry appears in blackface and tap dances to "Swanee River".

The house cleaning lady seen in some episodes is named Mammy Two Shoes. She`s supposedly a bear but her head is never shown.

Tom is executed in the Two Mouseketeers episode.

When Tom meets a girl, Jerry always winds up with her.
