Short Biography

Francis was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Lebanese father and Austrian mother. His parents help build Roman Catholic churches in the Atlanta. Francis`s father who was a business man decided to move the family to Laguna Beach. Francis had a troubled childhood in which he was kicked out of several Catholic schools due to ADD. At age ten, his parents sent him away to boarding school in Maine. After a year, Francis came back to Laguna Beach.e struggled with disciplinary problems and attended a string of strict military, boarding and Catholic schools before eventually graduating from Laguna Beach High School. In 1995 Joe graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration. He also completed USC’s Entrepreneur Program. He founded the Girls Gone Wild Enterprise, which gives free T-Shirts for girls flashing their breasts on Spring Break - making $40 million a year in sales with the videos.
