Short BiographyJane March (born March 20, 1973) is an English film actress and former model.March was born Jane March Harwood in Edgeware, London, England. Her father is English of part Spanish ancestry and her mother is of Vietnamese and Chinese origin. She was a top teenage fashion model prior to becoming an actress. At age 14, she won a local "Become a Model" contest. The following year, she began working as a print model using her middle name March, which was her birth month. She attracted favorable attention from her appearance as the female lead in the 1992 Jean-Jacques Annaud film The Lover, based on a semi-autobigraphical by Marguerite Duras. In 1993, March married Carmine Zozzora, an Italian co-producer of Color of Night. They separated in 1997 and finally divorced in 2001. |
