Electra Amelia `Elam` Avellan (born August 12, 1986) is a Venezuelan actress best known for her role in the 2007 film Grindhouse. She and her twin sister Electra Isabel `Elise` Avellan play the crazy babysitter twins. She is billed as Crazy Babysitter Twin #1. They are nieces of director Robert Rodriguez and producer Elizabeth Avellan. Their first roles were in a commercial when they were 4. While both girls have Electra as their first names, Electra Amelia uses `Electra` professionally while Electra Isabel uses her nickname, `Elise`. Both appear in the April 2007 issue of Maxim En Espaņol. Electra Amelia will appear in the upcoming 2009 horror film Pearblossom alongside Scout Taylor-Compton. Electra Amelia will be appearing in The Black Waters of Echo`s Pond as Renee, while twin Electra Isabel will appear as Erica.
