Short Biography

Brown won the spokesperson competition on Star Search a record thirteen times and has also starred in TV shows such as Married... with Children (she appeared in 3 episodes) and films such as The Last Action Hero (1993). In 1988 she sued Penthouse for featuring a model also named Bobbie Brown. She has also worked as a model for Budweiser and other companies. Brown has also appeared in music videos, including Great White`s "Once Bitten Twice Shy", "House of Broken Love" and Hurricane`s "I`m On To You". She is remembered mostly as the girl in Warrant`s "Cherry Pie" video which came out in late 1990. Although tame by todays standards the music video was considered sexually outrageous at the time leading to a lot of media attention and criticism from some feminists who called it sexist. Bobbie Brown has since defended the "Cherry Pie" video saying that sex sells, there wasn`t anything obscene depicted in it and she was just being herself. During the shooting of the video she met the lead singer of the band, Jani Lane and they fell in love. She left her boyfriend Matthew Nelson for him and they wed a couple of months later, in July 1991. They were married for three years and had a daughter Taylar Jayne Lane who is now 16 on January 17, before divorcing in 1993. She has also dated Mark McGrath the lead singer of Sugar Ray, Stevie Rachelle from the group Tuff, Aaron Garcia from Social Evil, Jay Gordon from Orgy, M�tley Cr�e drummer Tommy Lee - until he left her and married Pamela Anderson.
