I love Nicole Richie. She seems to be honest and open about her life and flaws. Alot of people, including my husband, think I look like her and say if I died my hair blonde (like she has), we could pass as sisters. I don`t really see it (well maybe a little) but consider it a compliment. I am black with a "mix of everything" and I always thought she was obviously black, so I was confused when there was so much debate over her race. It seemed to be the biggest deal--is she Lionel`s, is she someone elses, is she black, etc. I was happy when she finally admitted on Tyra Banks show that she identifies as African-American. Nicole IS that man in the Commodore`s biological child and IS the niece of the famous Prince protege Sheila "E" -Escovedo, who herself identifies as "Afro-Cuban". Lionel`s claim to the contrary, is probably just to protect their privacy.
