The first time I had the pleasure of meeting Victoria she was 14 years old and I was 18 married with a child living next door to her family home in Crowley, Louisiana. She walked over to talk to me as I was outside swinging my baby girl (who is now 40!) I will never forget how sweet and kind she was to offer me a taste of a special dish that was made by hand. It was raw meat that was prepared by the warmth of your hand. I cannot remember the name of the dish but it is native to their middle eastern culture. I welcomed the opportunity to taste. It was delicious! and I seriously doubt if Victoria would remember this event! I`ll never forget it! God Bless you richly!
