Romi Dames (born Hiromi Dames on November 5, 1979) is a Japanese-born American actress. She is best known for her role as the recurring character, Traci Van Horn, the nasal-voiced celebrity on Hannah Montana.

Being born from an underprivileged family, her acting career began with small roles on shows such as Bill Nye the Science Guy and several others. Her first starring role was a little known children`s educational show call Sci-Squad. Her most prominent role to date, began when she was encouraged by her father to audition for a guest starring role on the hit show Hannah Montana. Her role as Traci Van Horn has appeared on several episodes, and has become a favorite character among fans of the show. Her acting ability has not only stretched to television but to movies and theatre as well. She is currently touring with a non profit theater troupe called "Will and Company" throughout California.
