She`s not hispanic at all. The term Hispanic is available only in the United States and it stands for multirracial people who speak spanish, e.g. average mexican. Penelope was born in Spain, which is part from Europe, and her skin is what should be considered white. Same happen to some argentine models who were wrong labeled here in this site, like Julieta Prandi, a blonde green-eyed model from Italian ancestry. The United States census system is wrong .designed

You know, she`s no god; the world is full pretty women and even more talented than her. She`s very pretty but I doubt I could ever date an actress because they`re too full of themselves, as if they deserve a special treatment. I respect their work as I respect a builder or as a banker...The only thing is that their job makes their faces known and famous. People should stop treating them as if they`re some kind of a god. So their faces are famous, so what? Go to the corner of any street in big cities and you`ll see plenty of talent walking around.
