Neile Adams (born July 10, 1936 in Manila, Philippines) is an American actress and singer/dancer who made more than twenty appearances in films and television series between 1952 and 1991 before being temporarily sidelined by a longterm first marriage to Steve McQueen, who ultimately insisted that she not work. Adams` influence with agents helped McQueen establish his own career, however. Adams is also interviewed in practically all of the numerous video biographies of McQueen and is notable today as McQueen`s first and longest marriage (1957–1972), and in 1960 she also co-starred with McQueen and Peter Lorre in a memorable episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents based on Roald Dahl`s short story "Man from the South".
Recently, Adams has appeared in a one-woman cabaret show.
