Mildred Harris Biography

She was 17 years old when she and Charles Chaplin wed; he was 29.

She was the mother of Charles Chaplin`s first child, a son named Norman Spencer. The baby, who was nicknamed "The Little Mouse," was born with severe disabilities and lived only three days.

Following her split with Charles Chaplin, she went directly into an affair with the Prince of Wales.

Is portrayed by Milla Jovovich in Chaplin (1992)

In 1930, she introduced Edward, Prince of Wales (the future King Edward VIII and later Duke of Windsor) to Wallis Simpson (Duchess of Windsor).
