 The tail is definitely wagging the dog here, There`s a balancing act between efficient vegetation management along the right-of-way and community standards for the character of the roadway. The architects brought in renderings of the building, and these are very rough renderings, of a multi-story building, ... Basically, today we gave the architect the go-ahead to proceed further with the program, and develop things further down the schematic design process. There`s a lot of electronic evidence, that when you examine it shows that these people aren`t getting breaks, but they`re continuing to run the cash register or do inventory or whatever. I believe we have to go back in front of the City Council sometime soon to make a presentation, ... By that point we`ll have renderings of building, plans for the field, a whole higher level of detail as well as some cost estimates for the construction. Our vineyard and Carpenter Hill are the warmest in the valley. I think the tail is definitely wagging the dog here. We`ve been doing a lot more aggressive work primarily due to the last storm. This is not unusual.When we did the police station, it was the same thing. We want to keep it small and simple with attention to detail. | ||
