Fans of the long-running soap opera General Hospital and its 1997 spin-off, Port Charles, will instantly recognize Kin Shriner as Scotty Baldwin, a character he has been playing since 1977. His work on the show has earned Shriner several Daytime Emmy nominations and soap opera awards. Shriner has also appeared on the series Texas (1980-1982) and Rituals (1984-1985). He made his feature film debut in Garry Marshall`s soap opera spoof Young Doctors in Love (1982). His subsequent film career has been sporadic. Shriner`s twin brother, Will Shriner, is a well-known talk show host.
