Kimberlin Brown is an american actress and portrayed the evil Sheila Carter on the Bold & the Beautiful and its sister soap the Young and the Restless untill 2007 when they recast Kimberlin (BIG mistake) for Michele Stafford`s dual role as Sheila and Phyllis. Kimberlin is missed by all of her fans and we would like to see her on screen once more. Kimberlin has been married to Gary Pelzer since May 1991 and have 2 kids Alexis Marie Pelzer (born 31 January 1994) and Nicholas James Pelzer (born 24 February 1998)
