 This is a nice family New Year`s Eve event, as opposed to some of the other more edgy celebrations. This also is one of the few public participation torchlight parades. Most resorts use staff, but we don`t have that many staffers, so we allow the public to join in. We just don`t want to expose people to extremely dangerous conditions. It was a lot, That was a bad start for us, with them scoring so early. The hurt is the same, but here the people are gone, ... In New York, you could see the hurt on the people`s faces. Here, there are no faces. It`s abandoned. Compared to Sept. 11, the scale is huge. Just the smell of it, the damage that the water does, it`s amazing. College will be a growing experience for me beyond academics and classes. Everyone here is older. We`re adults. Everyone is forced to be mature. Nobody is going to hold your hand like they did in high school. When their goalie came up on me I just thought opposite corner. I put a little touch on it, and it went in the opposite corner. It was just a perfect pass - a perfect shot - and it happened to go in. It was nice. One guy riding by on his bike just asked if I`d sell him my tickets. After a thorough analysis of our environment, we recognized that we could significantly cut costs and increase productivity for our 18,400 employees by replacing it with Microsoft`s integrated collaboration solution. It goes until about 10 o`clock, and it`s a great parade, even if you`re just watching it. Then we follow that with a big fireplace display and it`s all over by about 10:30, so people can ring in the new year at home. | ||
