Keira trained from an early age at Katie Abbot`s drama group, later progressing to Amanda Redman`s highly acclaimed Artist Theatre School (ATS). Aged 16, Keira joined Hurtwood House, an independent school where studies revolved around drama. She became a central part of the Hurtwood Theatre, renowned for its high standard of performances, shining in her portrayal of The Maniac in Dario Fo`s Accidental Death of an Anarachist. Keira`s screen debut came at the age of seven in Roland Joffe`s City of Joy, with Patrick Swayze. Her television debut was in the critically acclaimed BBC thriller Messiah II acting alongside Ken Stott and Neil Dudgeon. She is soon to be seen in the return of the BBC Drama series Rock Face. At the age of 19, Keira marked her professional theatrical debut, as Moira, in Lesley Clare O`Neill`s highly successful play, Tittle Tattle in Dubia for Streetwise Fringe.
