Julie Smith was born in Germany of Blackfoot Indian, Russian and Jewish heritage. She studied theater and dance at the Stella Adler conservatory in New York. Her first movie role was at eight years old in Bugsy Malone starring Jodie Foster. At 18 she modeled for Playboy, but when her manager found out he advised her not to sign the release and the photos were never published. A few years later she decided she really did want to be a nude model, and she was chosen as February 1993`s Penthouse Pet. That was just prior to the birth of her daughter Chellsi Blu (not to be confused with Chelsea Blue, about whom Julie says, "I swear, she stole my daughter`s name!") She was one of the hosts of Ice-T`s Extreme Babes video, played one of the leads in the wonderful HBO movie Breast Men, and she`s also been in a Roger Corman movie, Wasp Woman! But motherhood and an active career doesn`t keep her from her favorite activities, which are dancing, fishing, surfing, and... dancing!
