Gladys Walton (b. April 13, 1903, Boston, Massachusetts; d. November 15, 1993, California, California. Dates of birth and death are submitted by her son, John Walton, from her death certificate) was an American actress of screen and stage. The information provided by the 1920 United States Federal Census for Los Angeles Assembly District 64, Los Angeles, California, lists her occupation as an actress and Massachusetts as her place of birth.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts and educated in Portland, Oregon, Gladys Walton debuted in films in small parts. However, as her acting talent came more out into the open, she was given larger and more important roles in films, such as La La Lucille in 1920 with Universal Studios, as well as The Secret Gift, also in 1920. She was also given a role in Pink Tights (1920), opposite film star Jack Perrin.

Walton also had a fairly well-off stage career. She performed in several musicals during the 1920s on Broadway, such as The Last Waltz in 1921.

She died of cancer in 1993 in Morro Bay, California. She was married to Henry M. Herbel.
