 This is coming down rather quickly. We`ll do the best we can to get all the information out. We need to work with our cities to make sure we get the proper message out to our customers. We don`t handle hazardous waste, and now, with these items designated as such, we are prohibited from handling them. The two are unrelated issues. The information we have from people who know the area is that similar types of events have occurred in that area before, however there are a lot of unknowns, It`s about insuring people against the evil of unemployment. Our approach to this is consistent with other states in New England and around the country. Most of what people think is caused by aging is not caused by aging. It`s caused by disuse. And you can get a lot of it back. Unfortunately the only person who could tell us all of this information is the skipper of the boat and he is one of the deceased, It`s a question of whether or not somebody is working in employment covered by the unemployment statute and the fact that they may do that work in their home is not a separate issue. Obviously when the boat has gone over it has taken in water and then it has taken in more water - enough to sink it. | ||
