Beth Ehlers (born July 23rd, 1968 in Queens, New York) is a Daytime Emmy-nominated American actress.
Born in Queens, Ehlers eventually moved closer to Manhatten and attended Satellite Academy, a performing arts school, as a child. Ehlers briefly attended Syracuse University before focusing on her acting career. In 1991, Ehlers married Dr. William Parsons. Ehlers became involved with Mark Derwin, her co-star on Guiding Light shortly after marrying Parsons and they later divorced in 1992. On March 22nd, 1996, she married Matthew Christian, who is a sport video editor. Beth and Matthew have two sons, Henry Jack Christian, who was born on May 21st, 1999 and Will, born July 16th, 2001. The couple divorced in 2005. Ehlers discussed her life as a single mother in the 1/15/2008 issue of Soap Opera Digest, nothing that she and her ex-husband are still close friends and that she does not believe she ever will marry again.
