	Allen Payne Biography
Allen Payne (born July 7, 1968) is an American film and television actor. Payne`s first exposure on television was in 1990 on the sitcom The Cosby Show. During two seasons, he made several appearances portraying the character Lance Rodman. He also appeared as Marcus Stokes in an episode during season two of The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. He made a guest appearance on Malcolm & Eddie as Prince.[citation needed] He now shares a home with wife, Meghan. Payne has appeared in many films, including New Jack City and Jason`s Lyric. He has also studied dance. Since 2007, he has starred in Tyler Perry`s House of Payne. He plays CJ Payne. He has to take care of his two children daughter Jazmine Payne (China Anne McClain) and son Malik Payne (Larramie "Doc" Shaw), at his aunt and uncle`s house after his drug addicted ex-wife, Janine Payne (Demetria McKinney) burns down their house. House of Payne is not the only Tyler Perry show he has been in, he also started in a version of Perry`s play What`s Done in the Dark. He also appeared in Stacy Lattisaw video I`m Not The Same Girl.
