These two pouty pop rock princesses have seemingly had a rocky-road "rivalry" since their respective characters first competed for the spotlight in an early episode of Miley`s show, Hannah Montana. But gossip certainly won`t keep them apart, as they`ve shared everything from that spotlight to best friends and even boyfriends! So what`s next? Doing a movie together, of course! Secret plans have mentioned a possible film adaption of an infamous groundbreaking book, Annie On My Mind, by critically-acclaimed author Nancy Garden, in which Miley and Selena would play the roles of Liza and Annie, two teen girls who form a friendship that eventually transforms into a deeper love. This would also be the perfect role for both actresses to break out of their candy shells career-wise and show off their serious dramatic acting chops, which is what every young star eventually strives to do. Here`s hoping that this is one friendship that won`t be written off anytime soon!
