The actress, 26, has been stepping out with filmmaker Jacob Soboroff, with whom she`s working on a documentary about voting, according to an insider, who says, "Yes, they`re dating." On Nov. 22 in NYC, the two shopped at art store Blick — then went back to her place, according to an eyewitness.
