Apparently Nicole Richie and Joel Maddens wedding will comence later this summer in a luxury Mexican resort in which they spent there first `exotic` Vacation together. The Guest amount will consist of only 100 guests.

Now that Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden`s great expectation has been confirmed, celebrity wedding watchers are wondering whether a walk down the aisle is also in the cards. During an appearance on Live With Regis and Kelly this summer, Madden got tripped up when host Regis Philbin mentioned the rocker having "a little ring, or something," for Richie. "I was hoping it would be a surprise, but now –" Madden mumbled.

Harlow Winter Kate Madden was born Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.

She weighed 6 lbs., 7 oz.

A pal was spotted walking into her room with a giant bundle of pink and white balloons, flowers and a stuffed black and white horse.

As Usmagazine.com reported exclusively, she arrived at the hospital late Thursday. Her parents arrived Friday as she went into labor.

Madden`s brother Benji and his Fiancé Sophie Monk were also at the hospital.

It`s a boy for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, who welcomed son Sparrow James Midnight Madden in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 9th in Los Angeles, Calif. Sparrow weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz.

"Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well. Thank you for all of your good wishes," reads a statement on Nicole`s website.

Sparrow joins big sister Harlow Winter Kate, 20 months this week. The couple had announced the pregnancy in February, with Joel saying, "I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope you`re all feeling as good as I am right now."
