Liz and James had a relationship in the early 1950s. Liz has written a book about it call Dizzy and Jimmy. Liz and Jimmy were engaged. However, after James was cast in a play which looked to be successful, he drifted away from Sheridan and despite the play`s quick demise, this was the end of their relationship.
