Tom said he found out when Dax confessed weeks after it happened that he`d hooked up with Tom`s sister-in-law while Tom was on vacation with his then wife Shelby Roos. Dax admitted publicly on Megan Mullally`s Show that he had indeed hooked up with Melissa Roos in Tom`s house while she was house-sitting.
