Jennifer Esposito and Bradley Cooper have split after four months of marriage.

Esposito filed for divorce on Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Esposito also seeks spousal support and is requesting that the court deny any financial support for Cooper. She`s also asking that he pay her legal fees.

Esposito, 35, and Cooper, 32, wed in late December after announcing their engagement in October.
