Billie Piper and Lawrence Fox met whilst rehearsing for their roles in the West End play Treats in Janurary 2007.
They were both already involved in relationships with other people, Piper was dating law student Amandu Sowe and sharing her North London home with him and Fox was engaged to be married to the actress Martha Swann.
Rumours began to circulate that they had grown close and by the time Treats had opened in March 2007 they had both seperated from their respective partners to be together.
They announced that their engagement to one another in the summer of 2007 and moved into a country home together around the same time.
They are expected to marry at the end of 2007.
